Below is an extract of the
1.PCCPP (Peoples Charter for Change for Peace and Progress drawn up by thefollowings
2.SNE(State of the Nation and the Economy),
3.NTT (National Task Team
4. NCBBF- National Council for Building A Better Fiji
5. 200 members of the civil societies in Fiji and conspicious omissions from here are Civil Societies that do no uphold the illegal regime
There are 45 people who remain constant thorough the Groups from 1 - 4. They almostly did the report and reported to themsleves.
Those from the 200 public members are not inclusive of those who blantantly disagree with the process
Below is the page 3 of the PCCPP and it starts of with the supremacy of the Constituency ( They have just violated the constitution and in then end abrogated- what boggles the mind here is this team with high paid allowance could not for the life of me, realise that there opening sentence nullifies there effort and existence ---it makes a mockery of themselves and the level of mentality this IG uses.
We will be scrutnising the PCCPP and reconfirm my belief that once it is illegal nothing can make it legal again. This is just a show of the level of mentality of those involve.
Can we have fruitful discussion on it please.
As we have the believe that all Constitutions are self healing, a coup will never change the next constitution or the next, just let the constitutional process takes it course...USA did it when Obama came into limelight after so many years of disagreement...how many years...10,20,30,40,...100 years...but Fiji was only 17years when the constitution was no longer supreme. but with America it still believed in the system no matter the hard realities and they never supersede the constitution.
