All we hear now is that Fiji is SINKING...Democracy is used in words but not practical.How can we keep our beloved country afloat?

Well, Fiji is sinking in the systems that colonise us over the years. Our previous leaders agreed on these systems which build Fiji from scratch to a developed nation. Trial and error has been a common formula, and even treating Fiji as a guinea pig for testing development models was acceptable.All in the name of foreign aid to alleviate poverty and fasttrack MDGs. But how can we keep our beloved country afloat when industralisation,modernity and post-modernity processes are all here?
