I have worked with linksys routers as wel and for yor info they are managed networking hardwares. for linksys routers, it is software based hardware meaning you can program it to work and to handle a particular network locally and also public.
we all no cet most of the products that bondwel is selling ar not genuine and is also hardware pre-defined. jus some of the investigation tips you could do are:
* where is yor linksys router located, in a hot, kool or humid condition???
*who is incharge of setting up and monitoring of this router??
*is yor area of work prune to power fluctuations???
*do you hav antivirus programs inplc??
