Hello...Hieee. How has your wek been so far??/ Hope all is well and work is fine....Hope my thoughts fort the help in some way...Just a little way to keep ur shield held high.....Have faith ........Go Bless :

Build Up Your Faith!
Taking the shield of faith...
Ephesians 6:16 NKJV

A Roman soldier's shield protected him from head to toe. It was made of iron, upholstered in thick layers of fabric, and saturated in water when going to battle. Consequently the flaming arrows of the enemy fizzled on contact. Getting the idea? Paul writes, "Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one" (Ephesians 6:16 NIV). Satan can't penetrate a heart that's pure, saturated in Scripture and fortified by faith. That's why Jesus told Peter, "I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail… (Luke 22:32 NKJV). It's your faith that's under attack; it's your faith that needs to be fed and nurtured; it's your faith that sustains you in life's battles! Jesus said, "Have faith in God" (Mark 11:22 NKJV). Note, He didn't just say, "Have faith in something bigger than yourself." No, He said, "Have faith in God."

If you're under attack today claim this promise: "He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint" (Isaiah 40:29-31 NKJV). God gives each of us a "measure of faith" (Romans 12:3 NKJV). But Jude says you must develop it by building "yourselves up on your most holy faith… (Jude 1:20 NIV). Faith under attack is faith under construction. It's in the battles of life that you discover whether you have nurtured faith or neglected faith!
Hope you have a blesses and wonderful weekend...My LOve to Lavenia and Gordon and Suli...and Ta!!!!! Much Luv... Baby Mau!!!!

Hieeeeeeeee..... Just wanted to say Hi and send over a thought for today....Oh and i bet you guys are like extra fit..eh?? This volleyball must be giving you ladies some real nice muscles eh???? Anyway here goes::::::

Coffee or The Cup?

This really is profound. I am going to try and keep this in mind the next time I feel "stressed."

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life.

Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups -- porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite -- telling them to help themselves to the coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said:

"If you noticed, all the nice looking, expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the coffee. In most cases, it is just more expensive and, in some cases, even hides what we drink. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups....And then you began eyeing each other's cups.

"Now consider this: Life is the coffee; the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, and the type of cup we have does not define, nor change, the quality of life we live. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee God has provided us."

God brews the coffee, not the cups . . . Enjoy your coffee!

"The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything."

Live simply.
Love generously.
Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
Leave the rest to God .

Have a blessed day and enjoy your coffee!
Much Luv to everybody and hope your day is big and bright one.
Mwah !!!!
