I'm highly chatting/laughing with the construction company project manager. In so many words, we had to tell them that all that roughened surface you see, that all had to be chipped out! We just couldnt believe this actually happened.

A regular site visit day, checking out a podium post-tensioned deck!!! Mone this is the job in your neighbourhood. At the Mission Terraces (Santa Clara), intersection of Lafayette and Hope Street. It has a cool pool and spa incorporated on top of the podium slab!!!
