HOW TO BE A COMPUTER GENIUS

(1).Get to know computers. Study different computers and find out how they work. Try looking at your, or your friend's computer or search the web for computers.

(2).Learn some kind of basic programming language (Java is good to start with). There are many different sites that can teach you this. If you like to read you could buy or borrow a book about programming.

(3).Get to know some other computer interested people and talk about computers and programming.

(4).Try making some computer programs.

(5).If someone's computer breaks and needs to be fixed, why not try to help? If you don't manage to fix it then you at least learned something while trying.

(6).Explore the web and learn about the internet.

(7).If someones impressed by your knowledge then try to explain it to them. If you can make it easy to understand then the other person will be even more imperssed that you can explain it.

(8).Repeat all steps and get even smarter.

Comment by Simon on February 21, 2010 at 4:19pm: there are 2 sole licensed dealears hea in fiji. n they ar office products which sells dell brands and clarity for hp brands. these 2 dealers sells machines without altering or modifying the factory settings. i would vouch 4 ths 2 companies if i wer a buyer. cheers

jus wana let yah ol no cet bondwel is rippin off customers who hapen to purchase laptops from them. wat i found out lately is, wen a laptop crashes n a user wants to do reformat wit xp or vista. it will work out fine til the step for yu to install xp, it wil thn display cet it kud not find any hard drive installd. this is due mainly bcoz they did a BIOS modification. mins wen yor machine goes down no 1 els kud fix it bt thm. i hapen to no th fix for ths scenario bt its kinda time consuming. we wud luv to buy a laptop cet is user frendly n easy to fix. so i edge evry1 hea to refrain purchasing of laptops or computers from bondwel fr yor own sakes. if any1 nids any advice s to wea to purchase laptops frm thn do let me no. jus post a comment hea. If your computer seems to take its time starting up, it may be because it's cluttered with a bunch of different system-level tasks. With a few simple steps you can increase your start up time by unchecking some of these time consuming tasks.

Here's how:
Go to the Start menu.
Select Run.
Type in msconfig.
Press OK.
Select the Startup Tab.
Uncheck any programs that you are familiar with. For instance, gator, aol, or any other program that you recognize. Don't uncheck anything you don't understand the function of. You don't want to accidentally turn off something your computer needs. When you are finished, click OK. Next time you start your computer, it should launch faster.

If you turn off a program that you need, simply restore it. Open MSCONFIG and click on the General tab. Select the box stating Normal Startup - restore all drivers and software.
