Then put 1/4 cup of butter into a cup and melt it in the microwave.
Pour them on your baking dish and add 1 cup of Dark brown sugar on top of the mellted 1/4 butter on the B/dish.
Press them firmly to be even on the dish.

No you dont melt the sugar in the microwave you only melt the butter and follow the rest of the above instrutions wish you best in your mothers day baking
