The Coup And The Administration Are Two Different Things: Your Views To Discuss Legalities.

Can we talk on this issues so far and come up with ideas to on how we can regain our first status in Fiji.

What Bainimarama and Khaiyum has done are these
1. Removed the GCC

2. Removed the Bose Levu Vakaturaga

3. Made all the Village Position be paid by the Government
4. Removed the history of Ratu Sukuna from our midst
5. Recruited all young Fijians into the arms forces and Police
6. Using up our FNPF for his developments
7. Made a Constitution that was not put to Referedum for the people to add, delete or give an opnion
8. Allowed all to be called Fijians.
9. Allowed Muslims to take up all strategic positions in Fiji, A Fiji that our forefathers fought and died for.
10. The balatant misuse of publci funds
i) The freebies
ii) The Matua Taxi advertisement of Fiji First Party etc.
11. The delegation to the UN, we see no Indeginous Fijian significantly involved
12.The continued psychological tormentation by Bainimarama on the citizens of Fiji: "You did not vote for me, I will not look after you" syndrome
13. and the last their Party Constitution is not Democratic, this has alot of bearing in the the shoved Constitution
14. The election of the President no longer done by the GCC
15.The land decrees and NLTB decrees has demoted us to the level of being arriving here also on the Leonidas
16. The jailing of those who misused funds, but they too misused funds of greater proportion and does even get a sniff of police report of them.
17. Immunity to all the deeds that was done after the coup. The administration that was carried out is different from the actual coup.
i) These two scenarios has to be dealt with separately
a) The staging of the coup
b) The actual administration after the military takeover which is a normal governance of administration this has to be brought to justice.
(a) and (b) are totally two different things happening. They did not happen simultaneoulsy and we have a window here to bring the Bainimarama fold to justice.

2 article were removed as quickly as they were posted by the regime. The Fiji Times article titled 'UN Call for Review" and  "Fiji to examine and provide responses by March 2015..." by FijiVillage.

UN calls for review

Fiji Times-3 Nov 2014
THE United Nations Human Rights Council has recommended that Fiji consider establishing a constitutional commission to conduct a ...
Both outline the detailed requirement of our constitution review to be fulfilled by the government to the UN for the next 10 years reviewed annually.
The UN query shows that our constitution is not acceptable at most level universally because our rights are being dumped.
A good example is the media freedom to express facts about the government like these 2 articles. Both were removed illegally by Bainimarama and Khaiyum because they pin-point the loopholes they hiding from everyone.

The Lies of Bainimarama and the work up towards Power:  Compare with Marcos of the Philippines.

Marcos ran on a popular campaign as being a bemedalled anti-Japanese guerrilla fighter during World War II. By the mid 60's Marcos touted himself to be the most decorated guerilla leader of World War II, having been awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, Silver Star and Purple Heart among his many medals.[11]

Latter research however, refute these and showed the wartime exploits of Marcos to be mostly propaganda, being inaccurate or untrue.[12][13][14][15][16][17] In 1986, research by historian Alfred W. McCoy into United States Army records showed most of Marcos's medals to be fraudulent.[18][19] According to Dr. Ricardo Jose, former chairman of the Department of History of the University of the Philippines, Marcos's claims in his self-commissioned autobiography Marcos of the Philippines that Gen. Douglas MacArthur pinned on him the Distinguished Service Cross medal for delaying Japanese at Bataan for 3 months was highly improbable.[20] In fact, his father Mariano Marcos was a known Japanese collaborator who was executed by Filipino guerillas in April 1945, and the younger Marcos was accused by some guerillas of being a collaborator as well.[11][21]

Marcos won the presidency in 1965.[22]

The Muslim Plan For World Dominance
Bringing The World Under Sharia Law

"I don't think you can overstate the importance that the rise of Islamic fundamentalism will have to the rest of the world in the century ahead-especially if, as seems possible, its most fanatical elements get their hands on nuclear and chemical weapons and the means to deliver them against their enemies." --Ronald Reagan

History sees a diffirent Islam.

By those that practice it, it is called a "religion of peace". There are those, however, who
would disagree with that statement
. Some people see the Muslims as an angry, violent people who use the two-fold method of Jihad and Fatah to further their geo-politcals plans, and sadly, the vast majority of people both here in America and abroad, remain blissfully ignorant of the ever-swelling
tide of Muslim cultural expansion. In this lesson we will show you, mostly in their own words and pictures, just exactly what the goal of Islam really is. We will not defame, demean or otherwise say anything that is not true about the position they hold. We will show you their words, photos of
them in "action", and let you make up your mind about what Islam is really all about.

A picture is worth a 1,000 words

A quick Google images search of the words Islam will dominate gives you quite the eyeful. It
shows very quickly photos from around the world of Muslims carrying signs and banners that proclaim things like "freedom can go to hell", "Islam will dominate the world", and "Shariah law - the true solution", as well as many other cute little tag lines. My first take on that is that it doesn't seem
overly friendly.

Is this the work of scattered "radical fringe groups", or is it the views of the majority of Muslims
around the world? Well, look at it like this: someone has said that only 1% of Muslims worldwide
are Jihadists. Ok, thats fine, 1% is a small realize that at last count there was
1,300,000,000 Muslims worldwide. For those of you who are math challenged that's about 1.3
billion Muslims. What is 1% of 1.3 billion? It is 10.3 million Muslims that engage in passive or active Jihad. Since 9/11 there have been an estimated 14,586 deadly terror attacks carried out worldwide, and all by Muslim terrorists. In the week of December 12 - 18th of this year, there were 42 attacks that resulted in 182 dead and 362 wounded. In one week.

Immunity from indictment or criminal prosecution is implicit in the doctrine of separation of powers.   Under the constitutional plan, it can not be said that the courts have the same jurisdiction over the President and the Governors as if they were ordinary citizens. Impeachment must precede prosecution, otherwise, it will me inconsistent with public policy.  Further, by the very nature of the impeachment clause, there is already a textual prohibition of the institution of criminal proceedings against any officer subject to impeachment prior to that officer’s impeachment.  The President is the symbolic head of the Nation and the Governors the chief executives of their states. To wound them by a criminal proceeding is to hamstring the operation of the whole governmental apparatus. It would impair a government function and cause unnecessary political distraction. Finally, a criminal trial of a sitting President or Governor, however, would confer upon a single judge, the power, in effect, to overturn a national or state election.  Considering the foregoing therefore, it is submitted that National or State Assemblies, being the representatives of the people, are more appropriate venues for a necessarily political trial (impeachment) of the President or the Governor.

On Living In Peace With Non-Muslims

"And KILL them (the unbelievers) wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers." (Sura 2, verse 191).

"Let not the believers take the unbelievers for friends rather than believers; and whoever does this, he shall have nothing of (the guardianship of) Allah, but you should guard yourselves against them, guarding carefully; and Allah makes you cautious of (retribution from) Himself; and to Allah is the eventual coming." (Sura 3, verse 28).

"And whoever does not believe in Allah and His Apostle, then surely We have prepared burning fire
for the unbelievers." (Sura 48, verse 13).

- The Koran vs. the Holy Bible

Ok, so the "holy" book that ALL Muslims read everyday, the Koran, commands them, it's not a just a suggestion, but they are commanded to "kill the unbelievers where they find them". This is in very
shasp contrast to the bible where Jesus says this about unbelievers -

"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;" Matthew 5:44

So let me ask you this - if you had to have a neighbor whose religion was not your own, would you
rather have a Muslim who is commanded to kill YOU, the "unbeliever", or would you rather have a
follower of the Holy Bible who is commanded to love you, pray for you and do good for you even if
you are his spiritual opposite?

Muslim Hotel Chain Exploits 14th Amendment For Biological Jihad

It's called 'biological jihad'.
Jihad is the Muslim 'holy war' by which they deem themselves to have
the right to kill any man, woman or child who dares to insult their prophet or who insults Islam in a
fasion they deem unacceptable. Biological jihad is the process by which Muslims, through birthing a
child in a foreign country thus making it a citizen of that country, and, over time, they swell the
ranks of Muslims. A Turkish hotel chain is now taking this to a whole new level.

Many will eventually use the newborn - known as an "anchor baby" - as a stepping stone for the
immigration of the extended Muslim family.

"A New York hotel is staking its claim to have invented a new hospitality niche -- birth tourism. The Marmara Manhattan offers "an exclusive package for new mothers that wish to give birth in the
USA", with the additional bonus of the newborn child gaining US citizenship. The hotel, which is part of the Turkish hospitality chain, exploits the 14th amendment to the US constitution, which states that all children born on American soil "are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein
they reside." source - Breaking Travel

In England this started over 20 years ago, now the country is crawling with a Muslim population
that is threatening
to - LEGALLY - take over because there are almost more Muslims than there
are non-Muslims. And when that happens, they simply vote themselves into office, and from there
it's a pretty simple process to - LEGALLY - institute Sharia law.

Just how badly do Muslims wish to takeover this country? It is the fondest desire of their heart to
one day see the Muslim flag flying over the White House. Don't think it could happen? Just look
around you - it is already happening.

Now that you have seen and heard what the Muslim plan for world domination is, I would like to ask
you a question. Do you take comfort in the fact that it's only the "radical" element who thinks this
way, and not all Muslims? After all, it's only a mere 10,300,000 Muslims on the radical fringe, nothing
to be alarmed about, right?

Think about that the next time you pass another Muslim school that has just opened in your town,
or as you drive past yet another mosque in the downtown area in which you live. And just keeping
on saying to yourself, "it's only the radicals who think like's only the radicals that think like this"

I would suggest that there should a national reconciliation, everyone to forgive each other and let's start anew. Let Bainimarama and Khaium run for another 4 years. We're only discussing about the nasty actions and no one wants to pick up the good things.

Great Joni Mataivaludina, I agree with your forgiving sentiment, but I would go further to hint before we do that, we have to see, remorse and guilt from these, regime and that they have really brought the Fijian institution down and that they have violated all that Fiji stood for in Human Rights, Workers Rights/Labour Rights, Free Speech, Good Governance and other relating rights so as to build the infallible case against them.
A National Reconciliation is great because it highlights astroscities that occurred and the great things and positives that it and WHY IT DID HAPPEN... This hast have to come forth both from the persecuted and the perpetrators.

Dou yadra,

"He who refuses to forgive is casting away his own hope of pardon."

It is a good thought indeed but unfortunately from what we know of Bai and Khai, that will always remain a good thought. Can we dare imagine them admitting to being "perpetrators"? Their system of governance does not involve or require advice from the outer sanctum of the elite minds at the core of their push for a "new Fiji".

In one of my posts on another discussion, I mentioned that their "lives" depended on the new constitution. That is their "life-blood" and the reason why they took a lot of time to word it the way they wanted and "set" it in concrete.

Reconciliation, in this regard, is a spiritual thing. It endeavours to bring about some form of spiritual healing between two opposing groups of people. Operational ethics of the Government is not based on what we once thought was Christian ethics. Secularism is now set in concrete  in the new constitution. Spirituality,  as far as Bai and Khai are concerned, has no place in their "kingdom". Of course they will lend an ear, but will "not listen".

We, as Christians in Fiji being the majority, have allowed this to happen. Whether knowingly or unknowingly,  we are party to removing Christian ethics and morals from the running of Government (as we knew it) and have "legally" embraced Secularism and all that it brings.

Our work is now a lot tougher, but ....not impossible. "Let us look to Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith".

Yadra Jerex,

                 Romans 8 : 28

Just relate the current political development in Fiji to the biblical verse above.
